Cancellation Policy
Please note: We understand that life is busy and schedules can change. We respectfully request 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. This gives us the opportunity to offer the slot to another client who may be waiting for it.
B. Salon requires your card details in advance to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not attend. In those instances, your card will be charged 100% of the service amount.
For all colour services it is a legal requirement that we perform a skin test for you at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment. If you are aware of any allergies please do let us know.
